Refund policy

At AgfaPhoto Print, each order is carefully prepared based on the files and personalisation choices provided by the customer.

As our products are personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded in the event of a change of mind, a file error, insufficient photo quality, or an incorrect choice of format after the order has been confirmed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, or if there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form, providing your order number and attaching photos of the product received, the shipping label, the packaging, and the issue observed.

After reviewing your request, we may offer, depending on the situation, a reprint, a replacement, a credit note, or a refund. Returns must not be sent without prior approval from our customer service team.

Approved refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order.
